JBH manages whole-home renovations, structural remodels, garage conversions, kitchens, bathrooms, and interior or exterior improvement scopes. We are best suited for projects where multiple trades and decisions need to be coordinated as one build.
Before demolition, we work to define what is known, what still needs investigation, and where allowances or contingency are appropriate. During construction, changes are evaluated against the entire project rather than treated as isolated decisions.
