JBH Custom Homes & Remodeling is a veteran-owned, family-operated Florida construction company founded by Dylan Jacoby. We serve homeowners, property owners, investors, and project teams across Northeast and Central Florida.

Dylan’s background combines U.S. Navy service, construction-management and supply-chain education, residential purchasing and operations leadership, and hands-on project execution. That mix gives JBH a practical advantage: field decisions are made with the scope, budget, schedule, and downstream work in view.

We are not interested in making construction sound easier than it is. Our job is to make the work clearer, keep decisions moving, communicate honestly, and take responsibility for the result.
